About this tender
Overview The Victorian School Building Authority (Department of Education, Victoria) is providing notice to interested parties of a forthcoming Expression of Interest (EOI) process for main contractor services for capital works and maintenance projects. Purpose This Advanced Tender Notice is being issued to notify prospective contractors of an upcoming EOI process for construction projects being tendered from September 2026. The EOI will be issued following the closure of this notice. Scope The scope includes: Main contractor services for capital works and maintenance projects under the Victorian School Building Authority Capital Works Program Construction projects being tendered from September 2026 It is anticipated that four tenderers will be shortlisted for each project through the EOI process to submit a tender. A list of all projects to be included in the Expression of Interest is attached, along with a list of the main Victorian Government procurement policies applicable to the process. Contractor Requirements Registration with the Department of Treasury and Finance's Construction Supplier Register (CSR) under the category of "New Commercial Construction" Registration at, at minimum, the pre-qualification limit specified for each project in order to respond to the Expression of Interest Instructions to Tenderers Further details and instructions for lodgement of interest will be issued with the Expression of Interest Contractors must respond through an online survey that will be issued with the Expression of Interest, opening on Monday, 10th August 2026 Enquiries Contact: Project Delivery Central Team, Contractual Phone: +61 (1800) 896950 Email: vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au
