Overview Ararat Rural City Council is seeking a contractor to carry out construction works at the intersection of View Point Street, Taylor Street and Tobin Street, Ararat. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new raised pedestrian crossing at the intersection of View Point Street and Tobin Street and on the east side of Taylor Street, Ararat Construction of a concrete splitter island with pedestrian cut through Kerb and channel construction Footpath construction Drainage works All associated works in accordance with the scope of works and supporting documentation Supply of all labour, plant hire and materials required for the works Contractor Requirements Obtain all necessary permits, including working in road reserve (no fee applicable) and service authority approvals, prior to work commencing
