Overview Merri-bek City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Wallace Reserve Lighting Upgrade. Scope Lighting upgrade works at Wallace Reserve Tender Briefing and Site Inspection There is a mandatory site inspection that must be attended for Council to deem a tender offer compliant. Respondents who fail to attend the site inspection and submit an offer will have their bid deemed non-conforming, and it will not be assessed by the tender evaluation panel.
