Overview Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is seeking a specialist UKG Workforce Management support partner to provide Tier 3 application support, technical expertise, configuration services and ongoing platform optimisation for the UKG Rostering solution. Scope The scope includes: Tier 3 application support for the UKG Rostering solution Technical expertise and configuration services for the platform Ongoing platform optimisation Tier 3 escalation support for Peter Mac's internal Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams Instructions to Tenderers Additional Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance must be separately described and priced as optional services and requires prior written approval.
