Overview Rural City of Wangaratta (RCOW) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to construct amenities and change room facilities within the stadium structure of the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC). Scope The scope includes: Construction of accessible amenities within the WSAC stadium structure Construction of changerooms within the WSAC stadium structure Construction of a netball registration area Construction of a netball office Construction of a kiosk Construction of storage spaces Demolition of the existing netball pavilion Enquiries All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions, are to be lodged via the tendering portal no later than 2pm on Tuesday 18 August 2026. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to. Instructions to Tenderers All responses must be lodged via the online e-Tendering Portal. Submissions received via any other means, including hardcopy, will not be accepted or considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered. Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time, preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
