Overview Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), referred to as the Principal, invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the construction of the Yarra Valley Trail Stage 2A. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the Yarra Valley Trail Stage 2A, located along the Yarra Valley Railway corridor between Yarra Glen and Tarrawarra Construction of 3.7 kilometres of crushed rock trail Construction of 2 bridges Construction of 3 boardwalks Installation of associated fencing Contract Terms and Conditions Council's preference is for the construction start date to be no later than 1 February 2027 The project is to reach Practical Completion by 30 September 2027 Principal amendments to AS 4000-1997 Clause 47 apply, under which the Principal authorises the Contractor to, and the Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OH&S Regulations Site Inspection A mandatory site visit will be held for this tender.
