Zero Emissions Water Carbon Offsets Ltd (ZEWCO) is seeking to procure ACCUs on behalf of 15 Victorian water corporations. ZEWCO requests proposals for Tranche 1 of a portfolio-based approach to market. ZEWCO is seeking to establish a diversified portfolio of ~700,000 Victorian ACCUs over the 2027 to 2043 period. Respondents may propose forward offtake agreements, pre-purchase agreements or project development agreements. Respondents may have an established ACCU supply, projects in development or credible pathways to project establishment and future delivery.
