Overview The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (WA) is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of up to five toilet structures to Kununurra, in accordance with the engineering drawings supplied in the Request document, for the K2301 Kurrajong Campground Toilet at Purnululu National Park. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of up to five complete toilet structures to Kununurra as per K2301 Kurrajong Campground Toilet Supply of footings, main structure, fixings, fittings, sealed vault tanks, and all other components unless otherwise noted in the drawing set Prefabrication of all superstructure (columns and beams) with sheer and base plates fully welded, ready for assembly onsite, including all cleats, brackets, welding and holes necessary for onsite assembly Prefabrication of wall frames, including temporary bracing Prefabrication of doors and toilet pans in accordance with DBCA Standard Components Packaging of all materials on pallets with sufficient wrapping to protect from damage during freight Optional works within this Request comprise delivery of the structures from Kununurra to Purnululu National Park (Kurrajong Campground) and installation of the structures as per the site design. Exclusions from the superstructure supply are the 'Terrain' Colorbond roof sheets, which will be supplied by DBCA through custom order. Contractor Requirements Prefabricated steelwork must be inspected and approved by the superintendent in the factory prior to site delivery Ensure safe transport of all steelworks, with all galvanising free from damage, scratches or chips Store materials in an orderly manner, using skids when on ground to prevent injury or steelwork damage, and covered from the elements
