Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake admin redesign works at Newborough Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition works ACM removal Various internal refurbishments Works are expected to commence during the September/October 2026 school holidays and continue during term. ACM removal works are to be scheduled within the school holiday period. PFM will engage a hygienist for clearance works only. An OSH Club operates onsite during holidays.
