About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake demolition works at North Metropolitan Tafe (Balga Campus). Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition works ACM (asbestos containing material) removal Contract Terms and Conditions Demolition and ACM removal works must take place during the December 2026 and January 2027 break Term break period: 11 December 2026 to 22 January 2027 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held as follows: Date: 26 August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 18 Loxwood Road, Balga A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at North Metropolitan Tafe (Balga Campus), located at 18 Loxwood Rd, Balga WA 6061.
