Overview The Town of Port Hedland is seeking an authorised Adobe reseller to renew its existing Adobe software subscriptions. About The Town currently maintains Adobe software subscriptions under the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP). The Town's current VIP membership is at Discount Level 4 and Transaction Tier 1, and the existing licensing expires on 23 November 2026. Objectives The objective of the procurement is to maintain uninterrupted access to the Town's existing Adobe products while obtaining transparent pricing and efficient renewal administration. Scope Renewal of the Town's existing Adobe software subscriptions under the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) Contract Terms and Conditions Initial three-year renewal term for the Town's existing Adobe software subscriptions Option for two further one-year renewals, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Town Contractor Requirements Must be an authorised Adobe reseller
