About this tender
Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) requires suitably qualified vendors for an EPC contract to design, construct and install a paste fill plant to provide paste to the underground workings at the Havieron Project, a brownfields gold-copper development. Scope The EPC contract comprises four Work Packages (WP): WP1: Paste plant detailed earthworks and civils (excluding bulk earthworks) WP2: Paste Plant design and install WP3: Drilling and casing of paste reticulation holes from surface to the basement, including: Holes of 300mm to 400mm diameter and 450m in length All holes drilled to be cased A minimum of 2 holes to be drilled Drilling of all holes through the weak/poor unconsolidated Permian sediment layers (approximately 430m thick, including 3 aquifers) into the competent Basement rock Lining of holes and grouting of the annulus following completion, due to the poor ground conditions WP4: Paste reticulation, including: Paste reticulation installation through the cased borehole Underground reticulation from the base of the bore to the top of the first stope to be filled The scope of work is for the provision of all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, consumables (including hole lining), temporary works, QA/QC, survey/as-built records, testing, mobilisation, site establishment, demobilisation and management required to safely construct the plant, drill the holes and install the reticulation underground.
