Overview WEBUILD S.P.A. (WA) is seeking a subcontractor to undertake civil works drainage for the New Women and Babies Hospital project. Scope The scope includes but is not necessarily limited to: Supply and installation of all in-ground drainage, stormwater, sewer and associated infrastructure, including pipes, pits, manholes, culverts, channels, headwalls, swales, detention systems and associated hydraulic components Survey and set-out works Trench and pit excavation Bedding, shoring and dewatering Installation of geotextiles Backfilling and compaction, maintaining required levels, grades, alignments and ground stability Connection of new drainage to existing/live networks, including temporary bypasses and groundwater management Coordination with utilities, roads, buildings and other trades to ensure safe and functional integration Contractor Requirements HSE Requirements Compliance with all regulations and procedures relating to Health and Safety and Environment requirements laid down by Statutory Authorities, the Contractor and the Subcontractor's own Safety Manual Maintenance of the highest regard for the health and safety of the Subcontractor's own personnel and of the environment, ensuring activities do not endanger the safety of the Subcontractor's personnel and local communities Taking all reasonable precautions for the protection of workers, members of the public and property that might be affected by the Subcontractor's work/services Relevant Work Experience Subcontractors are requested to provide a list of projects demonstrating proven experience within the last 5 years.
