Allwood Parade Pathway Construction

Overview The City of Albany is seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of a shared pathway at Allwood Parade, as described in the contract specification. Scope This specification describes the work and sets out the general requirements that are not covered elsewhere in the Contract Documents. A summary of the works includes, but is not limited to: Survey set out Service locating by means of GPR scanning and pot holing Vegetation clearing and removal of roots and debris Relocation of street signs Stripping of topsoil, stockpiling, respreading and removal of excess Earthworks including cut to fill and box cut to facilitate construction of the path Drainage works consisting of side entry pit lid replacement Replacement of kerbing, with the edge of the road to be protected Reinstatement of red asphalt, concrete, brick paver and gravel crossovers Construction of a 2-metre-wide concrete shared path, including pedestrian access ramps Adjustment and/or replacement of existing services covers as required Supply of a full "As-constructed" survey to the City of Albany digital data specification, required to meet Practical Completion of Contract
