About this tender
The Art Coordination Services Panel 2018 (BMW0540417) established a pre-selected panel of consultants capable of undertaking art coordination services for projects up to a $150,000 fee threshold (up to $5 million art budget). This Request seeks to refresh the existing panel arrangement with additional consultants that can demonstrate their experience and capacity to coordinate public art for State Government funded projects with a view to consultant engagement over the term of the contract. NOTE: Offers may be submitted at any time prior to the Final Submission of Offers Closing Time (refer 'Responses' section below). Offers shall be assessed periodically throughout the Request advertisement period in accordance with the Closing Time for Assessment of Offers Schedule outlined in Section A.1.2 Submission of Offer of the Request.
