Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a Bathroom Upgrade at Yokine Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to the refurbishment of existing student and staff amenities, comprising: Demolition ACM removal Building upgrades New finishes Fixtures Services upgrades Accessibility improvements The works will be delivered within an operational school environment. Contract Terms and Conditions All ACM removal works are to be completed during the September 2026 school holidays by appropriately licensed contractors, with all required clearances obtained Toilet refurbishment works are to be undertaken during the December 2026 school holidays to minimise disruption to the school All works are to be completed and the facilities fully operational before the first day of Term 1 2027, with no extension beyond school recommencement Site Inspection A mandatory site visit and briefing will be held at Yokine Primary School.
