Overview The City of Mandurah (the City), as Principal, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations to replace the existing boat ramp located at the end of Birchley Road in the suburb of Coodanup, on the Serpentine River. One Contractor will be appointed to fulfil the requirements of this Contract. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the existing boat ramp at the end of Birchley Road, Coodanup, on the Serpentine River Upgrading of the Jetty Upgrading of the riverine protection adjacent to the structure Retention of the existing parking at the site Instructions to Tenderers The requirements to be provided by the Tenderer under the proposed Contract are set out in Part 2, Specification. Site Inspection A non-mandatory site inspection will be held for this opportunity.
