About this tender
The City is seeking to engage a Contractor to provide bushland and environmental maintenance services within the City’s municipal boundaries. The scope of works consists of two Separable Portions. Separable Portion One consists of: Work Package 1: Routine inspection and maintenance schedule of specified reserves Work Package 2: Scheduled and reactive annual and perennial weed control in specified reserves Work Package 3: Scheduled tubestock installation and establishment in selected areas, including summer watering of seedlings Work Package 4: Reactive Maintenance Services Separable Portion Two consists of: Work Package 5: Routine Maintenance Services of Drainage Assets A mandatory site inspection specific to required works under Separable Portion One for applicants will be held on Thursday 9 July 2026 at 10:00am sharp (AWST) at Empire Way Reserve Thornlie, near the intersection of Empire Way and Crusader Drive.
