Overview The Shire of Wiluna is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced aquatic facility operators to manage the Wiluna Swimming Pool, a Class 1 facility as determined by the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007. Scope The scope includes: Management of the operation of the Wiluna Swimming Pool, a Class 1 facility under the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007 Opening and operating the Pool over a 27-week period each year, from the end of September to early April Operating the Pool for at least 40 hours per week over 6 days per week during the operating period Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced as an aquatic facility operator Demonstrated willingness to work in partnership with the Shire and the local community in terms of provision of services and agreed programmes and activities Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term of two (2) years Option to extend the contract for a third (3rd) year based on performance
