Overview The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking accredited testing facilities to undertake chemical analysis of soil and plant tissue in support of its Soil Science Team (SST). About The Soil Science Team (SST), a division within DPIRD (the Contract Authority and Customer), is responsible for delivering key components of four externally funded programs: Healthy Estuaries WA program; Soils, New Horizons; Know your Southern Soils; and Sustainable Sandy Soils (West Midlands). Scope The scope includes: Analysis of soil macronutrients and pH Analysis of macro and micronutrients in plant tissue Contract Terms and Conditions DPIRD intends to establish a Panel Arrangement comprising suitably qualified Contractors (Testing Partners, Panel Members) to provide testing and analysis services in support of these programs. It is anticipated that three to five Contractors may be appointed to the Panel Arrangement, with the final number determined at DPIRD's sole discretion. The resulting Head Agreement will operate as a Standing Offer, with Orders issued on an as required basis for the duration of the Term. The service type and scope for each Order will be defined within the Order (Service Request) Form. No guarantee is provided regarding the value or volume of Orders to be issued.
