About this tender

Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake chiller replacement at Muresk Institute. Scope The scope includes: Chiller replacement at the admissions building of Muresk Institute Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings, and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents, if any, are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at the following time and location: Date: 11 November 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 1 Muresk Rd, Northam, 6401 A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at Muresk Institute.
