Provision of Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) Services

Overview The City of Perth is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to appoint a contractor to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical maintenance services to plant, equipment and infrastructure at City owned and managed properties. Scope The scope includes: Provision of HVAC maintenance services to plant, equipment and infrastructure at City of Perth owned and managed properties Provision of mechanical maintenance services to plant, equipment and infrastructure at City of Perth owned and managed properties Building Management System (BMS) and controls are excluded from this scope, as these will be procured separately.
