Overview The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Tender for delivery of the Colebatch Avenue Paving Upgrade works. Scope Delivery of the Colebatch Paving Upgrade works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Tenderers are invited to attend a Site Visit and Briefing. Date: Friday 18th September 2026 Time: 9:00am Location: RIA Hub Office Building, Henderson Avenue, Rottnest Island (Behind the Dome café) Confirm Attendance: By no later than 2:00 pm on 17 September 2026 via email at brett.walters@dbca.wa.gov.au Tenderers are required to pay all costs for transportation to and from Rottnest Island. All arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers' responsibility. Attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing is not mandatory and is not a pre-qualification criterion of this RFT. However, Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarise themselves with the site conditions, constraints, and the requirements of the Contract. Tenderers remain responsible for making their own assessment of the site and existing conditions, whether or not they attend the Site Visit and Briefing.
