Hutton Street Extension Stage 1 Construction Works

Overview The City of Stirling invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the construction works for the Hutton Street Extension Project (Stage 1). Scope The Works required under this Contract generally comprise the construction of road infrastructure and associated works for the Hutton Street Extension (Stage 1). The scope includes: Extension of Mineral Road, formerly Hutton Street south of Scarborough Beach Road, to Walters Drive Construction of the Mineral Road / Walters Drive priority-controlled T-junction, designed to be compatible with a future signalised intersection delivered as part of Stage 2 Scarborough Beach Road eastbound right-turn auxiliary lane extension and associated intersection interface works All associated activities required to complete the Works Contract Terms and Conditions Basis of Contract Award The City intends to award a Contract to a single contractor and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors if deemed appropriate. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A Mandatory Briefing (refer to Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3) will be held to provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline.
