DEC-60 - Supply of Trackers and Piles (Cloudbreak Solar Farm 2) - Fortescue Decarbonisation Project

Overview Pilbara Energy Company Pty Ltd is inviting registrations of interest for the supply of trackers and piles for the Cloudbreak Solar Farm 2, as part of the Fortescue Decarbonisation Project. Scope At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply of Trackers and Piles package may include the following: Design, engineering, fabrication and supply of single-axis tracking photovoltaic mounting structures and associated pile foundations Tracker torque tubes Bearing housing assemblies and bearings PV module support brackets Motors, drives and associated control equipment Brackets, fasteners, dampers and other tracker hardware Instrumentation and networking equipment required for operation of the tracker system Weather stations required for operation of the equipment Tracker system pile foundations and associated components Corrosion protection and protective treatment of the equipment Factory inspection and acceptance testing Provision of construction and operational spare parts Provision of special tools, materials and sundry items required for assembly, operation and maintenance Preparation and submission of drawings, design information, technical documentation, installation, commissioning and maintenance manuals, parts manuals and test certificates Packaging suitable for the proposed transport methodology Delivery of the equipment, spare parts and tools to the nominated Delivery Point Technical assistance during installation and mechanical assembly, including support for construction planning, installation guidance, quality checks and resolution of technical queries Site commissioning of the equipment Training of the Principal's operations and maintenance personnel The equipment must be compatible with the nominated photovoltaic modules and associated electrical, control, communications, earthing and SCADA systems. The equipment must be designed for the environmental, climatic, geotechnical and operating conditions of the relevant project site. Contractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that all aspects of the Works comply with all relevant and current Australian Standards, International Standards and Australian legislation and regulations Contract Terms and Conditions The Fortescue Decarbonisation Project, including the Supply of Trackers and Piles package, is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process and scope may change at Pilbara Energy (Generation) Pty Ltd's discretion, including to accommodate project budget and programme requirements.
