Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor to undertake forward works for the proposed Alkimos North Senior High School, on behalf of the Department of Education. This specification covers all site and civil engineering forward works required for the development, with the general aim of handing over a cleared site finished to design earthworks levels. Scope The scope includes: Site earthworks Excavation of limestone rock Reinstatement of undeveloped ground surfaces to the condition existing at the commencement of the contract Reinstatement of surrounding roads and paths to the condition existing at the commencement of the contract Minor trimming as required to complete the works Site Inspection A site visit will be held for this opportunity.
