Department of Education - Carcoola Primary School - C Block Demolition

Overview The Department of Education, via the Department of Housing and Works (WA), is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced licensed demolition contractor to undertake the complete demolition and removal of an existing single-storey teaching block (C Block) at Carcoola Primary School. Scope The scope includes: Complete demolition and removal of the existing single-storey teaching block located on the school premises Provision of all labour, plant, equipment, supervision, temporary works, transport and disposal facilities necessary to safely complete the works Apart from the incoming gas line, all other utility services will be disconnected and isolated by others prior to the Contractor taking possession of the site.
