Drainage Pipe Lining and Repair Services

Overview The City of Cockburn is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out drainage pipe lining and reactive repair services to its drainage infrastructure upon request. Scope The scope includes: Reactive repairs to the Principal's drainage infrastructure upon request Execution of services to the satisfaction of the Principal's Representative, in strict accordance with the Contract, the Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates Delivery of works in accordance with any work instruction issued by the Principal's Representative A full statement of the services required under the proposed contract appears in the B01 Specification. Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award The Principal may instigate an option to extend the contract for a subsequent one (1) year period A further extension of up to an additional twelve (12) months may be instigated after that, to a maximum total contract period of five (5) years Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in carrying out drainage infrastructure repairs Must address all requirements as outlined in the request Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018, and when requested, the ability to provide a Modern Slavery Statement as required by the Act Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must fully read and understand the conditions provided in the Conditions of Responding and Tendering and in all documentation provided. Failure to comply shall deem a submission non-compliant.
