Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor to construct a new Administration Building at Parkwood Primary School on behalf of the Department of Education. About The Department of Education has determined, in consultation with Parkwood Primary School, the need for a new Administration Building to be built on the Poseidon Way side of the school site, providing direct access from Poseidon Way and a clear entry point to the school. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a single storey brick Administration Building based on the standard pattern primary school layout Modification of the standard layout to suit the available site area between the carpark, kindergarten, existing Administration block, and existing teaching block to the east Provision of direct access from Poseidon Way and a clear entry point to the school Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Parkwood Primary School, 9 Zelkova Way, Parkwood.
