Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of new CAT Bus Operator Workshops and internal upgrades to the existing Administration Building at Claisebrook Bus Depot. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition Retention and modification of existing facilities Construction of new facilities Contractor Requirements Tenderers must make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all contract documentation All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents must be confirmed by tenderers prior to submission of their tender All materials and installation must be supplied and carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the scope of work Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Claisebrook Bus Depot.
