Zoological Parks Authority (ZPA) has launched a Digital Transformation Program based on recommendations from an earlier Digital Roadmap Project (completed in June 2024). The roadmap identified significant limitations and challenges in the current digital platforms, which are not adequately supporting current or future business needs. The Digital Future Zoo project will revitalise the customer facing systems of the Perth Zoo.
