Overview Busselton Water is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision and implementation of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. Scope The solution will support Busselton Water's finance, budgeting, procurement, inventory, payroll and basic workforce administration, water billing and customer accounts, financial asset management, capital projects, reporting, workflow and integration requirements. The scope includes: Software and licensing Solution design and configuration Integrations Data migration Testing Training Change management Implementation Go-live Hypercare and ongoing support Optional capabilities include Enhanced People and Culture and Contractor Management. Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering comparable ERP solutions Ability to provide a solution that is secure, scalable, appropriately integrated and proportionate to Busselton Water's operational environment
