Contract Terms and Conditions Party Involved: Benjamin Kowal, Anna Macneall Term: 5 years Consideration: $11,911.90 inc GST per annum, subject to annual CPI increases Market Value: $187/m² inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O0726-095, being $11,911.90 inc GST per annum for 63.7m² Instructions to Respondents Any person wishing to make a submission in relation to this matter must do so by 4.00pm 19 August 2026 to the Shire of Esperance, Windich Street, Esperance WA 6450.
