About this tender

Overview The Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from residents, businesses and other interested parties for the purchase of four surplus Council vehicles. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to submitting an offer and satisfy themselves regarding the condition and suitability of the vehicle for their intended use. Scope The following surplus Council vehicles are available for purchase: Plate C1447: Mitsubishi Triton Dual Cab Ute, Full Body, 2019, odometer 39,131 km. Condition: engine turns over; air conditioning operational; warning lights displayed for DPF, 4WD and transmission; front-left body damage; major underbody rust. Plate C1448: Mitsubishi Triton Dual Cab Ute, Aluminium Tray, 2019, odometer 45,377 km. Condition: engine turns over; 4WD and transmission operational; air conditioning not working; DPF warning light displayed; minor body scratches; major underbody rust. Plate C1454: Mitsubishi Triton Single Cab Ute, Aluminium Tray, 2019, odometer 57,737 km. Condition: engine does not turn over; transmission and air conditioning operational; DPF warning light displayed; heavy-duty suspension fitted; moderate underbody rust. Plate C1861: Mitsubishi Pajero Sports AWD, 2022, odometer *24,003 km (the odometer reading may vary slightly as the vehicle remains in operational use). Condition: engine turns over; AWD, transmission and air conditioning operational; recently replaced brake shoes; rear-left body damage; minor underbody rust.
