About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake hardcourt resurfacing (Separable Portion 1) and carpark redevelopment (Separable Portion 2) works at Jarrahdale Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Refurbishment of the existing hardcourt area (Separable Portion 1) Redevelopment of the carpark (Separable Portion 2) Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking hardcourt resurfacing and carpark redevelopment works All materials and installation must be supplied and undertaken in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by tenderers prior to submission of their tender. Programmed FM reserves the right, at its discretion, to: Omit a Separable Portion from the Works Direct that a Separable Portion proceed as an independent package of works, with any such change to be administered in accordance with the Contract variation provisions Award each Separable Portion to separate contractors Site Inspection A mandatory site visit will be held for this opportunity.
