Duncraig Adventure Hub Landscape Maintenance

Overview The City of Joondalup is inviting tenders for the provision of landscape maintenance services at the City's Duncraig Adventure Hub. About The City of Joondalup has recently constructed the Duncraig Adventure Hub, located at Percy Doyle Reserve in Duncraig. The facility is an active recreational complex featuring a skate park, BMX track, adventure playground, and roller disco, and requires ongoing landscape maintenance, mowing and cleaning at various intervals. Scope The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: Provision of turf maintenance Provision of landscape maintenance Provision of litter and leaf removal Provision of irrigation maintenance Administrative reporting and routine site inspections Additional landscape maintenance services The Contractor shall provide the Services continuously throughout the Contract period, ensuring that the nominated locations are maintained in accordance with the Specification defined in clause 2.2 or as required by the Superintendent. Contractor Requirements The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, including vehicles, plant, machinery, equipment, fertilisers, wetting agent and other materials required for landscaping services All staff provided by the Contractor shall possess the necessary skills, competencies, training, qualifications, and certificates required to undertake the work under the Contract The Contractor must have relevant documents and current test certificates for all plant and equipment items to undertake the works outlined in this Contract All tools must be of good quality and maintained to a high standard Sterilising of equipment shall be carried out regularly to minimise the spread of harmful pests and diseases Contract Terms and Conditions All Site works shall be undertaken between 07:00 am and 04:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, unless specified by the Superintendent Instructions to Tenderers Details of the Conditions of Tendering and Contract, Scope, Specification and Selection Criteria are provided in the City's Tender Document.
