Overview The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the necessary investigations, optioneering, and prepare the tender-ready design and specifications to engage a contractor to construct a new changeroom facility for users of the Eadon Clarke Sporting Grounds. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking the necessary investigations and optioneering for the new changeroom facility at Eadon Clarke Sporting Grounds Preparing tender-ready design and specifications to engage a contractor for construction of the facility Managing and overseeing the construction contract through to completion Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced consultants Instructions to Tenderers Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained electronically from the City's electronic Portal after 8:00 am Saturday 26th September 2026. Tenders must be submitted to the relevant electronic tender box via the City's electronic Portal. Canvassing of any City of Greater Geraldton councillors or officers will disqualify submissions.
