SU085 Site Survey Services - Havieron Project - Brownfields Gold-Copper Development

Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) is seeking a contractor to provide Site Survey Services on behalf of the Greatland Project Team for the Havieron Project, a Brownfields Gold-Copper Development. Scope The scope includes: Supply of management, administration, supervision and labour required to perform the Site Survey Services in accordance with construction progress Supply of all required tools and equipment, including suitable vehicles, computer equipment, Greatland approved surveying computer software capable of calculating earthworks volumes and compatible with Greatland software requirements, levels, staffs, traversing prisms, stations, radios, tripods, GPS sets, drones and any other items required to perform the works Checking and verifying the initial existing ground digital terrain model survey (carried out by others, such as construction contractors) to establish existing Site conditions Undertaking daily check surveys of the various contractors' work and maintaining logs of such surveys Checking and auditing end of month progress payment claim quantities submitted by other contractors (including earthworks and civil works), and conducting joint surveys if instructed by the Company Representative where disagreement on progress payment claim quantities arises between Greatland and other contractors Establishing, maintaining and protecting primary survey control for the Site, including supply and installation of permanent benchmarks and monuments, and establishing, maintaining and protecting secondary survey benchmarks and monuments where agreed advantageous with the Site team Installing a survey baseline in a suitable location that will not be disturbed throughout the construction phase of the Project, accurately installed to enable contractors' survey equipment to be checked and/or calibrated Setting up monitoring points at all major structures throughout the Site and providing up-to-date information to the Greatland Project Team Setting out, surveying and collating all underground buried services within the mining lease as directed by the Company Representative, and collating the underground services model Performing various miscellaneous survey checks on civil, structural, mechanical and piping installation work performed by other contractors Instructions to Tenderers Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
