About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake early childhood play space refurbishment works at Bannister Creek Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Delivery of all landscape construction and establishment activities Preparation of an Artifact Management Plan Demolition of existing elements Fine grading Design and construction of irrigation systems In-situ concrete paving Hot-dip galvanised steel works Rock pitching and stonework Timber construction and composite decking Rubber softfall installation Procurement and installation of play equipment and site furniture Soil preparation, planting, and mulching to achieve the specified landscape outcomes Play Audit Inspection and associated report prior to Practical Completion 13-week soft landscape maintenance period to ensure successful plant establishment 52-week defects liability period during which any defects or deficiencies in the works will be rectified Works are to be carried out during school holidays. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 92 Purley Cres, Lynwood on 27 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Bannister Creek Primary School, with the briefing location at 92 Purley Cres, Lynwood WA 6147. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Please register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au.
