Overview Webuild S.p.A. is seeking a subcontractor to supply and install wall and floor vinyl, and carpet finishes, including associated floor preparation works, for the New Women and Babies Hospital project. Scope The scope includes but is not necessarily limited to: Supply and installation of sheet vinyl wall, carpet and floor finishes, including homogeneous and heterogeneous, safety and specialist vinyl systems, in the colours, patterns and areas nominated on drawings and room finish schedules Preparation of substrates, including moisture testing, cleaning, grinding, sanding, patching, priming and application of compatible levelling compounds to achieve manufacturer-required tolerances and installation conditions Completion of all detailing and jointing, including approved adhesives, heat-welded seams, integral coved skirtings and upstands, internal and external corners, penetrations, drains, fixtures, doorways, transitions, trims and termination profiles Contractor Requirements HSE Requirements Compliance with all regulations and procedures relating to Health, Safety and Environment requirements laid down by Statutory Authorities, the Contractor, and the Subcontractor's own Safety Manual Maintenance of the highest regard for the health and safety of its own personnel and of the environment, and ensuring that its activities do not endanger the safety of the Subcontractor's personnel and local communities Taking all reasonable precautions for the protection of workers and members of the public, and of property that might be affected by the Subcontractor's work and services Relevant Work Experience Subcontractors are requested to demonstrate proven experience within the last 5 years on projects meeting the stated criteria Information Requested For completed projects or experience meeting the criteria, provide the following details: Project name Year the project was executed Operator name Project scope Experience operating in Western Australia
