About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Undercover Area Upgrades at Edgewater Primary School. Scope The work includes but is not limited to: Site fencing to create a secure work zone and lay down area Preparation of a dilapidation report prior to commencement of works Service scanning of the work area prior to any excavation and demolition Liaison with PFM and Edgewater Primary School regarding the construction program to ensure minimal disruption to school operations Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking undercover area upgrade works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 76 Treetop Avenue, Edgewater, 6027 on 8 September 2026 at 8:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will be held at Edgewater Primary School, at the same location: 76 Treetop Avenue, Edgewater, 6027. Please register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au.
