About this tender
Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified suppliers for the manufacture, supply and transport of transformers for the Havieron Project, a brownfields gold-copper development. About The Havieron Project is located in the Paterson Province of Western Australia, approximately 45 km east of the existing Telfer Mine. The Havieron Project is a brownfields development of an underground gold-copper mine, with ore hauled along a haul road in the infrastructure corridor to Telfer for processing using existing and expanded facilities. Scope The scope of services includes the manufacture, supply and transport of: Two (2) off 33kV / 132kV, 40/50 MVA transformers Two (2) off 132kV / 33kV, 40/50 MVA transformers Four (4) off 33kV / 3.3kV, 0.75 MVA transformers Three (3) off 33kV / 0.4kV, 2500 kVA transformers One (1) off 33kV / 0.415kV, 315 kVA transformer One (1) off 33kV / 4 x 1.725kV, 5.8 MVA transformer One (1) off 33kV / 4 x 1.725kV, 4.36 MVA transformer Two (2) off 11kV / 0.433kV, 1500 kVA transformers Contractor Requirements Suppliers are invited to express interest by registering on ICN Gateway, demonstrating competency, capacity and previous positive experience for transformer manufacture and supply. The following minimum criteria must be provided along with the EOI to demonstrate capability and capacity: A list of current and previous similar transformer design and supply projects (within the last 5 years) within Australia, with details including project name, client name, project location, brief scope of work, value, commencement and completion date, and contact details of a reference for each project Details demonstrating current capacity and capability to perform the design and supply of the listed transformers in addition to other current projects and any projects tendered but not yet awarded Financial strength and ability to provide uninterrupted design and supply for the listed transformers, supported by documentation showing turnover in the last two years, pre-tax profit (or loss) for the past two years, net worth or shareholders' funds (or net liabilities) at the date of the latest accounts, present cash/credit position, and the company's normal means of funding major contract works A robust quality management system (Quality Assurance/Quality Control, QA/QC) to effectively execute the works Proposed delivery model (Self-Perform / Joint Venture / Subcontract) and delivery split percentage (Self-Perform %, JV %, Subcontract %) Supplier(s) will only be considered for the upcoming Tender if suitably qualified by the Company's Procurement Entity. Suppliers should express interest by registering on ICN Gateway and provide the requisite documents demonstrating their ability to comply with the minimum criteria outlined in this listing. ICNWA will follow up on full scope registrations by email once the full scope closing date has passed. The supplier's response to ICNWA's email, and their demonstration of meeting the minimum criteria outlined above, will form their Expression of Interest (EOI) for this package.
