Overview The City of Fremantle is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease of J-Shed units within the Manjaree Precinct. Scope The scope includes lease of the following J-Shed units: Unit 1: 216m² Unit 2: 162m² Unit 3: 162m² Unit 4: 162m² Instructions to Tenderers Stage 1 Key Dates EOI open: Wednesday 1 July 2026 Scheduled site access and viewing times of units EOI closes: Monday 31 August 2026 Applicants are encouraged to review the Briefing Pack and supporting documents for all relevant information and application requirements.
