Contract Terms and Conditions Property: One (1) Hangar Site being a portion of 24 Airport Road, Wongan Hills Lease Area: 400m2 Proposed Lessee: Peter and Sandra Box Proposed Term: 10 years, with a 5-year extension option Permitted Use: Aviation purposes Consideration: $1,200 (excluding GST) per annum Market Value: $1,200, based on an independent qualified valuer's assessment completed in June 2026, calculated at $3 per square metre per annum Instructions to Respondents Written submissions regarding this proposed lease must be made by no later than 4pm Friday 11th September 2026. Submissions should be marked "Proposed Lease – Wongan Hills Airstrip Hangar Site" and addressed to: Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wongan-Ballidu, PO Box 84, Wongan Hills WA, 6603 Alternatively, submissions may be emailed to: shire@wongan.wa.gov.au Submissions received during the public notice period will be considered before the proposed disposition proceeds.
