Overview The City of Fremantle is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the activation of two public spaces within the Manjaree Precinct. Scope The scope includes: Activation of Area 1, the grassed area in front of J-Shed Activation of Area 2, the hardstand limestone area between the J-Shed grassed area and the beach Applicants may propose an activation for one or both spaces and should indicate their preferred site(s) in their submission. Instructions to Respondents Stage 1 Key Dates EOI open: Wednesday 1 July 2026 EOI closes: Monday 31 August 2026 Applicants are encouraged to review the Briefing Pack and supporting documents for all relevant information and application requirements.
