Events Goods & Services Panel

Overview The City of Bunbury is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to join a Panel of pre-approved providers for the delivery of a range of event-related goods and services in support of the City's community and major events program. About The City delivers a varied program of events and community activations throughout the year, ranging from major sporting events to smaller activities for families, young people, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, local businesses and visitors. Scope The Panel will support the delivery of goods and services for events including but not limited to: Festivals (e.g., Christmas in the City, Skyfest, Youth Week, Arts) Civic ceremonies Community activations (e.g. Walk for Reconciliation) Major sporting events To support safe and professional event delivery, the City is establishing a Panel of Prequalified Suppliers across ten (10) categories, each covering a distinct area of work. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of event-related goods and services Instructions to Tenderers Respondents should nominate the category or categories relevant to their goods or services and address the applicable specification. Submissions may be made for one or more categories.
