Expression of Interest - Provision of Corporate Health Gymnasium and Wellness Services at QV1

QV1 is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified gym, fitness, health and wellbeing operators to provide corporate gymnasium and wellness services at QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth. The opportunity involves operating and managing the onsite gym facility, supporting member onboarding, delivering fitness and wellbeing programs, managing memberships and access arrangements, overseeing equipment use and safety procedures, and providing tenant focused customer service and reporting. QV1 is seeking an experienced, innovative and collaborative operator capable of delivering a safe, inclusive, commercially viable and high quality wellness offering for building occupants, tenants, employees and approved visitors. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee inclusion in the private RFT or appointment as the successful service provider.
