QV1 is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified gym, fitness, health and wellbeing operators to provide corporate gymnasium and wellness services at QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth. The opportunity involves operating and managing the onsite gym facility, supporting member onboarding, delivering fitness and wellbeing programs, managing memberships and access arrangements, overseeing equipment use and safety procedures, and providing tenant focused customer service and reporting. QV1 is seeking an experienced, innovative and collaborative operator capable of delivering a safe, inclusive, commercially viable and high quality wellness offering for building occupants, tenants, employees and approved visitors. ABOUT THE TENDER REGISTRATION Tender EOI documents must be obtained after registration. ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. This EOI forms the first stage of QV1's procurement process for the provision of Corporate Health Gymnasium and Wellness Services. Shortlisted respondents may be invited to participate in a subsequent private Request for Tender process. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee inclusion in the private RFT or appointment as the successful service provider. QV1 is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit QV1 staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
