About this tender

The Contract is for the safe transport of daily cash takings, cheques, and change orders between 12 of the City's facilities and the bank. Quotes close at 2pm Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham Document Collection Method: Request for quote documents can be downloaded from 8am on Monday, 22 June 2026, by visiting the City's Rock Port portal: cityrockport.com.au. First time users of Rock Port will need to create a new account to request the Quote documents. Existing users can log in with their existing Rock Port Account. When signed in, click on the "Tenders and quotations" tab and then the "View Open Tenders and Quotes" tile, and click on the link. Complete the information and click on "Submit". The Quote documents will then be available to be downloaded immediately. To receive regular notifications on when the City advertises Tenders and Quotes, update your profile in Rock Port and in "My interests" click on Tenders and Quotations. Document Submission methods: Quote Responses must be submitted electroncially by visiting the City's Rock Port portal: cityrockport.com.au or in hardcopy format, see the Request for Quote document for further information. The City no longer accepts email submissions of Quote Responses. The lowest or any quote is not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will lead to automatic disqualification.
