Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a hardcourts upgrade at Redcliffe Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the reconstruction of the hardcourts, including site preparation and demolition works, relaying new asphalt surfacing, and like-for-like reinstatement of court line markings and acrylic finish. All works are to be carried out during the December 2026–January 2027 school holidays and completed prior to the school’s return on 1st of February 2027. Site Visit A site visit will be held at 62 Kanowna Ave E, Redcliffe on 19 Jun, 2026 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will be held at Redcliffe Primary School.
