Overview The Department of Housing and Works (DHW) is seeking to engage an ICT Service Provider to design, supply, install and support a network solution at its Q4 Repurposing Project, namely Lot 1, 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth (the Property), known as Q4. Purpose The intent of this procurement is to obtain detailed, structured and commercially robust submissions from vendors that address the delivery of a network for a residential building comprising 211 dwellings, in addition to staff and common area services. Scope The scope includes: Design of a network solution for the Property Supply of the network solution Installation of the network solution Support of the network solution Delivery of the network across a residential building comprising 211 dwellings Delivery of network services for staff and common areas Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Perth. An opportunity will be provided to walk through the Property at the following timeframes, allowing 1 hour per timeslot: Proposed Inspection Timeslot 1: 3:00pm Friday 24 July 2026 Proposed Inspection Timeslot 2: 3:00pm Monday 27 July 2026 Please confirm your proposed inspection timeslot and attendee numbers by emailing Luca Peterson at lpeterson@bridge42.com.au. An invitation will be issued to your team accordingly to ensure attendance numbers may be managed safely on a live construction site. Access to the site visit will not be provided if you do not confirm your attendance in advance.
